Shipping policy

We offer free shipping on every order, and we're able to deliver to most destinations — not just the US.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order. There is no minimum purchase and no shipping charge is added at checkout.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after they are placed. During high-volume periods (major holidays), processing can take up to 5 business days.

Delivery time

Once processed, delivery typically takes 10–15 business days. Total time from order to delivery is usually 11–18 business days.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times can be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, weather, and peak shopping periods — especially around major holidays, when timelines run longer than usual.

Where we ship

We're able to ship to most countries. A small number of destinations aren't currently supported — if you're unsure whether we can reach you, contact us before ordering and we'll confirm.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Tracking information may take 2–5 business days to begin updating after you receive it.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not able to reroute a package once it has shipped. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, contact us and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking has not updated in 10 business days, or your package is marked delivered but you have not received it, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
